Whole Cubes was established in 2010 with a modest, achievable goal: treat everyone fairly and find solutions to limit furniture from going to landfill. We are a Chicago- based retail and wholesale provider of office furniture, offering full-service, and a full spectrum of brands such as Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll, Teknion, and Allsteel amongst many others.

As a part of the ecosystem of Whole Cubes and Whole Office Furniture, we absorb large quantities of good, serviceable, used furniture which we seek to donate to certified 501C3 not for profit organizations – particularly those who are the most underserved. We know there is need in your sector to set up and maintain facilities with suitable office furnishings that allow you to do your important work, and Whole Cubes wants to help you!

First, fill out this form to let us know your organization’s furniture needs!

Second, One of our team members, will get back to you regarding what we have available for donation. At that time, we will ask you to send in proof of your organization’s tax exemption to insure that we are able to donate to your cause.

Third, after we have all of the information we need, and can come to a conclusion on what pieces you will be receiving, we can schedule a date & time for a pick-up. Pick-ups can be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm. At times we may need to schedule a few weeks out depending upon our workload. If you do not have the means to pick up your order we recommend using the pick-up service, dolly.com to help assist you.

Fourth, come pick up your furniture, and put it to good use! Together we will have made an impact on the environment by saving this furniture from ending up in a landfill.

How can our organization receive a furniture donation?

Register on our website by email and fill out our donation form.

What furniture do we donate?

Used office furniture, grade-A condition. We usually have office chairs, desks/tables, softer seating (lounge chairs/couches) and file cabinets. We can provide pictures of past donated furniture as examples of our products. Furniture on our website is NOT the same as the furniture we donate.

Do we deliver furniture?

Yes. If your organization does not have the means to pick up furniture, we are able to arrange delivery for a fee. If you’re looking for a pick-up service, we recommend using dolly.com to help assist you.

Do we accept donations?

We do not accept donations but recommend organizations like Salvation Army and Goodwill.

How often do we donate?

Twice annually we will send out a broadcast to those registered. But if you are ever in need of anything at any time feel free to contact us & we will try to accommodate your needs.
